Album Capital (“Album Capital,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through albumcap.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to share with us and limited technical information needed to operate and improve the Site.

  • Contact form: your name, email address, practice or organization, and any message you choose to include.
  • Email: information you send us directly at alexis@albumcap.com.
  • Usage data: standard analytics information such as pages visited, approximate location (city/region), device and browser type, and referring website, collected through cookies or similar technologies.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and hold the conversations you request with us.
  • Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
  • Protect the Site against spam, abuse and security threats.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Confidentiality

Conversations with practice owners are confidential. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use the information you submit for advertising.

How information is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site — such as website hosting, form delivery and analytics providers — and only as needed for them to perform those services on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

Cookies and analytics

The Site uses analytics cookies to measure traffic and usage in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Site will continue to work without them. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

Data retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, and delete it when it is no longer needed, unless we are required to keep it longer by law.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing alexis@albumcap.com. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Security

The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for healthcare professionals and business owners. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
