Alexis Meredith

Founder & CEO

Alexis Meredith is a healthcare executive with more than 15 years of experience working alongside physicians to build and grow healthcare businesses. She founded Album Capital to bring that same partnership-oriented, operator mindset to exceptional healthcare practices. Alexis holds an MBA from MIT Sloan.

Her experience spans healthcare M&A, commercialization and drug development. She has helped build organizations from early stage through commercial launch, IPO and acquisition, launched multiple products that went on to generate more than $1 billion in annual sales, and led teams of up to 200 people.

Throughout her career, Alexis has gravitated toward smaller, growing organizations where teams, operating processes and capabilities need to be built from scratch. She brings that same hands-on approach to working with Album’s practice partners.

Louis Frisina

Senior Advisor

Louis Frisina is a Harvard-educated healthcare executive, entrepreneur and strategic advisor with more than four decades of experience across physician practices, medical aesthetics and wellness, healthcare transactions and commercialization.

Throughout his career, Louis has worked alongside physicians, entrepreneurs, investors and healthcare operators to build and grow healthcare businesses — improving financial performance, strengthening operations and creating long-term value. He brings particularly deep experience in medical aesthetics and consumer-oriented healthcare, spanning practice optimization, business development, capital formation and healthcare transactions.

At Album Capital, Louis works with the team and its physician partners to evaluate practice opportunities, identify operational and growth initiatives, and develop strategies to strengthen performance and accelerate growth.
